Return/Exchange Policies (Online Store)

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of shipment. Items must be undamaged and unopened in its original packaging. Should the item you receive be defective, please contact us for exchanges — You’ll be provided instructions to send back the defective item without shipping fees.

Due to the nature of digital products and services, no refunds and exchanges can be provided for digital products (MP3s, services, etc.) once purchased.
